It’s a human tendency to keep going, hustling, and working for the next goal. But rarely do we look back and realize what we have accomplished, and how far we have come. We forget to be grateful and enjoy those little milestones that help us to reach where we are.

This year in review is not only for us but for all of you who have been supporting us throughout. Your efforts and hard work are genuinely appreciated. So let’s take a look at our accomplishments of 2022 and cherish them together, shall we?

Achievements and Milestones

As 2022 commenced, we were recognized by Clutch as a Top Software Services Leader, thus boosting our team’s morale right from the beginning. We also gained expertise and successfully delivered projects in new technology areas and stacks of AEM, Web3 & Blockchain, and Saleor which helped us to deliver quality service for our clients. Apart from this, we delivered 16 projects, and 9 projects transitioned into a consecutive year of engagement.

BigStep’s Leadership completed the Stanford Seed Transformation Program and while we celebrated 14 years of operations, we shifted our headquarters to a new location and continued our celebrations there.

• Created a Social Live Streaming platform with AI-enhanced experiences.
• Transformed an E-commerce portal by integrating Virtual Reality (VR) technology.
• Developed a next-gen video creation tool for Sports content lovers.
• Enhanced a communication platform by building features such as Watch Party, Virtual Backgrounds, etc.
• Digitally Transformed a leading Healthcare services provider.
• Built new Products for a leading Prop-tech Platform.
• Built a Social App for empowering the next-gen of change-makers.

Team Achievements and Milestones:

2022 was the year of overall growth and with the company growing, we also had a 2x Growth in Team Strength.

Thanks to the HR team, celebrations and in-person meetups were always a big hit at BigStep. And as BigStep turned 14, we all wanted to make it Big. So we partied hard at the Grand Celebration of 14 years of BigStep where Awards Night & Team Building exercises were the highlights. The 2-day event was full of laughter, warmth, mutual respect, and support for each other. As we all were craving face-to-face interaction, especially after a 2-year break, post-pandemic multi-city in-person team meetups and lunches for BigStepians were also a great success.

Prioritizing Work-Life Balance was the motto for 2022. And as a step towards that, we started the “People of BigStep” initiative and hosted Fun Fridays & Team Building sessions which became a great stress buster after long work weeks!

Along with the Company’s growth, our L&D department also focused on celebrating and empowering BigStepians. Because we believe that a company can only reach new heights if they have a strong and supportive team. So we organized the First-ever internal Hackathon: “BigStep’s Codefiesta 2022″ which saw huge participation. BigStepians also showcased their domain expertise with certifications from AWS, ISTQB, PMP, etc.

Other Achievements:

In 2022, our products Channelize.io and SocialApps.tech witnessed incredible growth too. We also established and grew our partnerships with AWS, Agora, UiPath, Shopify, Vonage, and Banuba.

What to Expect in 2023?

As we have jumped into 2023, we plan on going stronger with our Mission to empower Enterprises with Software Solutions and Products for transforming their ideas into reality and enabling their Growth. We also want to expand our customer base to more industries & geographies while continuing to enhance our expertize on our existing Technology Stacks, and diversify to more technologies.
