Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer problems, needs and jobs to be done
• Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and prioritization
• Design the UI and support the build of consistent, high-quality solutions
• Shape the product and work with the various teams to design, validate and build our solution
• Design prototypes for ideation and user feedback
• Lead usability tests
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Effective coordination with Product managers, Developers and QA
