Best mobile app for SocialEngine and best social network app without breaking your piggy bank. You'll come across some issues but as long as you report them support will always take care of them.

After spending 10's of thousands of dollars and over 5 years setting up my SocialEngine site, I have just installed and published the apps from BigStep and instantly have had more members join and comment on my network in 2 days than the rest of this year. This has been what I've been waiting for and has changed my social network completely. If you are on the fence get off it and buy products from them, you won't regret it, there is certainly a fair amount of images and things to do to get the app live but its worth every moment. Definitely the best thing I have done for my site I love it !. BigStep has been for the last 5 years amazing in support for me, I have been a demanding panicking and clueless customer , yet they always act professionally and in good time, I have this year deleted every other 3rd party addon and now only use their products that's how much I trust and invest in them. Highly highly recommended company ! A+++ The speed of my SocialEngine site has been one of my pet hates I did everything I could to get it faster , AWS hosting CDN database upgrades etc etc yet still always bothered me and for the main site kinda still does but most all that is gone now with the app, as it is very fast and very useful for my members I'm looking forward to seeing what they do next with it and already from when it was launched by then till now they seem to have made huge improvements. Wish I had this when I started that's for sure, a must have if your running a social network where you think your users are using mobile. Cheers and happy socialnetworking.

I also recommend getting the PrimeMessenger, works beautifully with the apps,super fast messaging and worth the money! Regarding support, if there's ever a problem the BigStep team is only an email away and fixes all issues usually the next day, excellent support!

After fighting with third-party plugins that didn't work for 8 months, I FINALLY got the products and support I needed at BigStep. Personally I wouldn't recommend ANY third-party plugin suppliers other than BigStep. SocialEngine does a disservice to its' users when it recommends substandard and subgrade providers, whose plugins seldom work and whose support is vague to non-existent. After this last week, my website is FINALLY working the way it was intended to work, thanks largely to replacing plugins from other third party vendors besides BigStep, with BigStep products and packages.

Very good plug-ins that integrate very nicely with my SocialEngine PHP instance; equally good service. Keep up the good work.

I have just switched one of my sites over to SocialEngine and BigStep helped me a lot. Before I had been using wordpress and buddypress with many addons. After making the switch to SocialEngine with the help of Team BigStep everything works together well. The flow on the site is much smoother now for the users. The support that I have gotten is even better than I thought I would get from sales and now from support. This has been the kind of online social networking software that I have been looking for. I am looking forward to see how my site will look after the change.
