The event, held at the Hyatt Regency in Mansarovar, Jaipur on the 9th and 10th of March 2024, brought together Teammates for a weekend of Reflection, Recognition, and Revelry.

The festivities kicked off on the 9th of March as Team Members gathered at the stunning property. Excitement filled the air as colleagues reunited, exchanging enthusiastic high-fives, warm hugs, and hearty handshakes. As the day unfolded, Team Members explored the expansive property, each finding their way to unwind and connect. Some took a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, while others retreated to their rooms for heartfelt conversations with colleagues turned friends. Amidst laughter and camaraderie, groups ventured around the property, capturing cherished moments with their teammates to immortalize the bonds forged through years of collaboration. 

Behind the scenes, the Human Resources Team had worked tirelessly for weeks to ensure every detail was meticulously planned and executed. From coordinating accommodations to organizing team-building activities, their dedication ensured that the weekend celebration flowed seamlessly, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Awards Night Unfolds

As evening approached, the anticipation for the Awards Night grew. Adhering to the “Crystals” theme, attendees dressed in their finest, gathering to celebrate the achievements and milestones of the BigStep family. The Co-Founders, Vidit Paliwal, and Niranjan Mangal, along with senior leaders, delivered inspiring speeches, echoing the dedication and passion that underpin BigStep’s ethos.

A special tribute to the extraordinary women of BigStep, in alignment with International Women’s Day, underscored the organization’s commitment to inclusivity and recognition of invaluable contributions.

The highlight of the evening came with a symbolic cake-cutting ceremony, marking not only 15+ years of unparalleled excellence but also a testament to the enduring spirit and resilience of the BigStep community.

The Awards Night reached its crescendo as deserving Team Members were honored for their outstanding contributions, met with resounding applause that echoed throughout the venue. With hearts full and spirits soaring, attendees embraced the festivities of the night, dancing and reveling until the midnight hours.

The jubilant celebrations continued into the following day as Team Members gathered for a leisurely breakfast, regaling in the memories of the night before. Energized and united, they embarked on a series of team-building activities, fostering bonds and creating cherished memories along the way. Laughter filled the air as participants engaged in spirited games, with a highlight being the cup pyramid challenge, showcasing teamwork and ingenuity in equal measure. Amidst the camaraderie, there was a notable spirit of cross-team collaboration. Team Members bonded not only within their teams but also across departments, forming new connections and strengthening existing ones.

As the event drew to a close, Team Members gathered for group photos, exchanging fond farewells and promises to reconvene until the next time. Each member of the BigStep family received a parting gift to express appreciation for their commitment and dedication toward the Organization.
