Why BigStep

What You'll Work On

Whatever your role, here's what your work at BigStep will look like.

  1. Work that reaches real clients

    You'll be part of AI and software projects for businesses in real estate, healthcare, insurance, retail and financial services, most of them in the US, along with clients in India and Europe.

  2. A part to play in every project

    Every project needs more than code. Engineers and designers build it, product and project managers keep it on track, and QA makes sure it works. Business development, marketing, HR, finance and admin keep BigStep growing and running smoothly. Wherever you sit, your work shows up in what we deliver.

  3. A front-row seat to AI

    BigStep is an AI consulting and engineering company. We build AI agents, AI features inside our clients' products, and the systems that keep AI reliable, alongside software products and design. Whichever team you're on, you'll be close to how this work gets done.

Open Source

Most client work is bound with an NDA, making it hard to show anyone what you've built. That's one of the reasons we're publishing some of our tools as open-source libraries: solutions to problems we keep running into on client work, shared so anyone can use them and see how we work.

If you contribute to them, you'll have work with your name on it that you can share with anyone you’d like.
