Interfaces that show how sure your AI is
Whether people trust and use your AI depends on the whole experience around it: how the product looks, how it flows, what it asks of them and how it answers. We take that on end to end, from user research and audits to UX, UI and product design, and the design system that keeps every screen consistent.
Teams We've Built For

You don't need the full project. Pick whichever sounds closest to your situation.
You get a usability and trust review of the interface, with recommendations for redesigning it.
Know MoreYou get a design system and a clickable prototype, ready for engineering handoff.
Know MoreYou get a review interface your reviewers will actually use, and it generates training signals as they work.
Know MoreYou get consistent, trustworthy AI experiences that scale without redesign.

AI-Native UX Design
AI can show up as a chat window, a voice, a search box, a suggestion or a recommendation. We work out which one fits what your users are doing, and how much it should say.
Product Design for AI Features
Your product is one people already know. We fit the AI into it without confusing them, and make sure they notice it's there.
Agentic Interface Patterns
Once an agent works by itself, people still need to hand over a task, see how far it's got, stop it, and undo what it did.
Human-in-the-Loop Review Interfaces
Whoever checks the AI's output needs a screen built for that job. Ours puts the least certain items first, shows the source alongside, and sends corrections back as training signal.
Trust, Confidence & Citation Design
People need to know how sure the AI is and where an answer came from. They also need it to say so when it doesn't know.
AI Design Systems
One set of components, so every AI feature shows confidence, sources and errors the same way.
What it changes for your business.
The people you built it for open it, and keep opening it.
Clear screens mean fewer questions reaching your team.
You find problems in a prototype, before engineering has built them.
People can see how sure the AI is, check its sources and undo what it did. A wrong answer costs less.
When competitors use similar models, the experience is what buyers compare.
Usage and reviewer corrections show you what’s working, and feed back as training signal.

Software Engineering · IndiaIt's the design of the screens people use to work with an AI system. That includes how answers, confidence, sources and errors are shown, and how people check, correct and hand work to the AI.
A regular app does the same thing every time you click. An AI system can give a different answer each time, and sometimes a wrong one. So the design has to help people judge each answer, not only move through a fixed flow.
It's a screen where a person checks what an AI produces before it gets used. A good one shows the least certain items first and puts the source next to the AI's output. It also records each correction so the system can learn from it.
Four things: hand over a task, see how far it has gotten on long-running work, stop it and correct it, and undo what it did. If any of those is missing, people tend to supervise the agent constantly or stop trusting it.
A BigStep AI Experience Audit takes one to two weeks. We review your AI interface for usability and trust, then give you recommendations for redesigning it.
Not yet. It starts to matter when a second or third AI feature ships and each one shows confidence, sources and errors differently. Building shared components early saves you redesigning later.
