  3. We narrow it down together

    There may be plenty of ways AI could help. We work with you to find the three opportunities worth pursuing first, with a rough view of the effort and potential impact of each.

  4. You get a written, actionable summary

    After the session, you'll get a two-page written summary with those three opportunities and a recommended first move. It's written so you can share it with whoever holds the budget.
