Chose React + Node with Firebase as the real‑time data layer, Google Sheets as an admin‑friendly scheduling surface, Agora for video, and AWS for hosting and recording.
Scheduling & Automation Build
Integrated Google Sheets with Firebase using Apps Script to turn spreadsheet entries into live visit records, and wired SendinBlue to send visit emails with links automatically.
Resident Web Platform
Developed a large‑screen web experience where residents can see visit details, join pre‑call flows, and participate in the live video tour and public chat.
Guide Applications
Delivered a browser‑based iOS guide interface that works with external cameras/mics and a native Android app with zoom‑in/out controls, both integrated with Agora and public chat.
